Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and any item that you wish to buy can be added to your basket by clicking on the "Add to Basket" icon. Please ensure that you have selected the correct message card type for your flowers, as we have a selection to choose from. After you have finished your selection, click on "Proceed to Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Please ensure that you order from the correct section, either National (mainland only) or Local, as unfortunately some bulky or fragile orders can only be delivered locally. We accept credit/debit card payment. All credit card details are encrypted over a secure (SSL) connection. Aternatively, we would be happy to take your order by phone on 01294 552113 or by fax on 01294 550247. Our shop is open between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (GMT).

Shipping And Handling All mainland UK bouquets prices include delivery. For local orders please add £2.50 for delivery to Kilwinning and £3.50 for delivery to Ardrossan, Saltcoats, Stevenston, Dalry or Irvine.

Delivery Schedule / Flower Availability We will process your order right away. All orders received before 2pm will be delivered during the next working day. For delivery on a Monday, please order by 2pm the previous Friday. In the event of a lack of availability of certain flowers, we will use the closest available substitute of similar value, unless otherwise specified.

Credit Card Security All orders are received over a secure SSL encrypted connection authenticated by Thawte Certification Services. No personal details are kept on the host server unencrypted at any time. You will notice the padlock symbol within the status bar at the bottom of the window and also the 'https' address prefix.
